1. Financial systems and customer service systems department
Financial systems: In this field, we work with banks, primarily focusing on self-service stations: ATMs, self-service information terminals for the public, as well as magnetic and optic document sorting, clearing, imaging and processing systems.
Customer service systems: In this field, we computerize Points of Sale and self-service systems for customers.
2. Data warehousing systems department
In this field, we work with all sectors of the Israeli economy, establishing data warehousing systems, including all of their various components and ongoing development, advanced Business Intelligence systems, and related products. These systems consist of the core of the business examination systems at modern organizations.
3. Communications department
In this field, our operations also include all sectors of the Israeli economy. We provide voice communications systems, contact/call center systems, and data communications systems.
4. Computing equipment department
In this field, we provide computing equipment and equipment for the computing environment including: desktop computers; laptops/notebooks; magnetic, optic and electronic input/output devices for the various types of organizational computer systems; the widest variety of printer equipment and outsourcing of printing systems; all types of paper products; special furniture for computer rooms; safes; various devices for computer rooms; etc.
5. Customer service department
Most of the customer service department staff has many years of experience in practical work in addition to their formal training. The customer service department works in two primary fields: hardware and software.
Hardware: In this area, we provide services in all areas of the systems which we market: organization-wide servers, interim servers, workstations, self-service systems, counters and Points of Sale, document processing systems and voice and data communication systems.
Software: We provide both application software programs and infrastructure software programs, including planning, development, installation, implementation, maintenance and upgrading of all of the software systems.
The customer service department operates a customer help desk, as well as special repair labs and computerized spare parts centers.
All of the company’s services in installation, maintenance and full service for hardware and software systems meet the criteria of the ISO 9001-2008 Israeli and international quality standard.
6. Accounting, human resources and management department
This department is responsible for our ongoing financial operation and our multi-disciplinary administrative operations, including human resources, import from factories around the world, export, the company’s fleet of vehicles and the various economic issues at the company’s sites in various cities
